The amount of weight one can lose with a Wegovy® prescription varies from person to person as weight loss is influenced by a variety of factors including nutrition, physical activity, other medications you may be taking and more. One study found that at the highest dose of Wegovy (2.4 mg), patients lost on average 15% of their total body weight after 1 year. This weight loss was achieved using Wegovy in combination with increased physical activity and following a reduced-calorie diet.
