Should I take Contrave (naltrexone / bupropion) with food?

Yes - you should take Contrave® with food. Ideally, you should take Contrave with your breakfast and dinner once you have reached the twice-daily dosing. However, it is recommended that you don’t take Contrave with a high fat meal as it can increase your risk of having a seizure.
