A Mounjaro™ pen contains one single dose of the medication, and the injector pen is designed to deliver the full dose.  For a one month supply, you will receive four pens (one for each week) and they will all contain the same dose. Mounjaro comes in several different dosages- 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg and 15 mg- and every four weeks the dose is increased as long as the patient is tolerating the medication.
