Alysha Moser, RD

Registered Dietitian

Alysha is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Alysha majored in Biopsychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied behavior change and mental health. She worked as a behavior therapist before becoming a health educator and group fitness instructor. As the lead health educator she created health and nutrition content, guiding folks through their weight loss journey. She returned to school to study Dietetics at the University of Northern Colorado and completed her clinical training at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Since then Alysha has worked as a functional medicine dietitian as well as an adult and pediatric clinical dietitian. Her goal is to partner with people to help them to make sustainable changes to ensure they meet their goals in the future, leading to a more optimal life. In her free time, Alysha loves spending time outdoors: riding her fat tire bike, running, hiking or snowboarding, traveling, attending music concerts, and being an energetic auntie.

More about Alysha

What is one thing you would want patients to know about you?

I believe in helping people to achieve a balanced life taking an “all foods fit approach”. In fact, my favorite food is pizza!

How do you go about making your treatment plans for FORM Health patients?

For me, it’s all about taking a personalized approach. Each patient is different, so rather than using a “one size fits all” treatment plan, I take time to get to know my patients and work with them to create a custom plan that will work for them.

Why do you love working with FORM patients?

I love hearing about the quality of life changes that our patients achieve. One of my favorite quotes is “it’s not about the weight you lose, it’s about the life you gain”. I find FORM patients are motivated to better their lives, not just lower a number on the scale and I am honored to help them throughout their journey.
