More about Vicki

What is one thing you would want patients to know about you?

I love to attend farm tours. Whether wading in a cranberry bog, walking through an almond orchard or riding on a soybean-harvesting combine, I’ve done it!

How do you go about making your treatment plans for FORM patients?

I meet my patients where they are on their journey with weight loss. With a food as medicine philosophy I strive to help my patients plan meals that are balanced, satisfying, and nourishing for total body health. I find joy in showing my patients how small changes can add up to big results.

Why do you love working with FORM patients?

I love empowering FORM patients to take charge of their eating by helping them realize that they don’t have to deprive themselves of their favorite foods to lose weight. Nourishing your mind and body well happens with progress over time and I help patients see that weight loss and overall health is a day-to-day commitment that requires meal planning, portion control, and balanced meals and snacks. It’s about evolving your eating that counts!
