Carey has a rich background in the telehealth space, having managed strategic client partnerships at MDLIVE, Brightline, and Welldoc, along with other digital healthcare brands.

Tom Kahl is an expert sales professional with a proven track record of helping early-stage companies scale rapidly. Prior to joining FORM, Tom served as Chief Revenue Officer for Hello Heart and as VP of Sales at Included Health (formerly Grand Rounds). Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Granular, GlobalEnglish Corporation, and Skillsoft.
