What dosage of Contrave (naltrexone / bupropion) should I take?
The dosage of Contrave® (naltrexone / bupropion) that you should take will start with 1 tablet daily and increase until you reach a maintenance dose of 2 tablets twice daily. Contrave is made up of two medications - naltrexone 8 mg and bupropion 90 mg.
